A fabulous opportunity for a newly qualified (Level 4) Pensions Adviser to work within a dynamic, and definitely not traditional, IFA practice, on very warm ‘at retirement’ leads.
You will need to be motivated, used to working in a fast moving environment and ideally experienced in offering financial advice, (on any area), over the telephone.
As a Pensions Adviser, you’ll be guiding clients through the pensions maze ensuring they are fully aware of the benefits/drawbacks of their existing schemes and discussing various options available to them in the wider market. Your responsibility is to act in their best interests, to find them the best solution based on their personal situation and finances, leading them through the process and communicating with them at every stage.
Your day to day role will be based in our offices in Northwich, working with other members of the administration and support team who are charged with gathering and collating the client’s pension information before you get in touch. Most of your day to day paperwork is completed by experienced administrators/paraplanners, leaving you free to talk to our clients.
You would generally be working to 35 hours per week between Monday and Friday. Although at times you would need to be flexible as customers may want appointments outside normal office hours.

We are looking for a target driven person who has great communication and listening skills combined with a passion for customer service. You will have fair sales targets, which are based on the team rather than the individual, and be well rewarded both financially and with other incentives for being a top performer.
As a Pensions Adviser you will need to follow strict rules and guidelines as prescribed the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), ensuring you act fairly at all times, and that you qualified to give the right financial advice.
The nature of the role requires you, to be honest and trustworthy as you are dealing with confidential information. Our clients really appreciate a degree of knowledge updated by an interest in financial matters and the economy. Computer skills are a must.

- This is an employed position with a starting salary of between £22,000 and £30,000 dependant on qualifications and experience. You will also benefit from a monthly bonus based on the performance of the whole team.
